At Paint by Numbers Canada, we want you to enjoy your creative experience and feel confident shopping with us. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a standard return:

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unpainted, and in its original condition.

• The product should include its original packaging and supplied accessories.

• Proof of purchase or an order number must be provided.

To request a return, email info@paintbynumberscanada.ca with your order number and reason for returning the product.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. We will provide return authorization and the appropriate return shipping instructions.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging, where applicable

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement product, a refund, or another remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Custom Paint by Numbers Kits

Custom paint by numbers kits are personalized products created using images provided by customers.

Because these products are made specifically for individual orders, we generally cannot accept change-of-mind returns once production has started.

However, if a customized product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order specifications, please contact us. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following may not qualify for change-of-mind returns:

• Personalized or custom-made products after production has started

• Painting kits that have been used or painted

• Opened or materially used paint supplies that cannot be resold

• Gift cards, where applicable and permitted by law

Discounted products are subject to the same standard return eligibility unless clearly identified otherwise before purchase.

These exclusions do not affect statutory rights concerning defective, misrepresented, or incorrectly supplied products.

Return Shipping

Return instructions and responsibility for return shipping charges will be communicated when your return is authorized.

For damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products, we will provide an appropriate resolution and cover return shipping where required by applicable law.

Refund Processing

Once an eligible returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless another arrangement is required or agreed upon.

The time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges and any applicable return charges will be handled according to the circumstances of the return and applicable law.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@paintbynumberscanada.ca.

We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests before an order is shipped or, for personalized products, before production begins.

Once an order has shipped or customized production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible, except where required by applicable law.
