Shipping Time

Our estimated shipping time is:

Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays.

Shipping estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and whether the product requires customization.

For personalized paint by numbers kits, additional production time may be necessary before shipment. Any applicable production estimate should be reviewed in the product listing or communicated to the customer.

Shipping Destinations

Paint by Numbers Canada currently serves customers within Canada.

Orders must be placed using an eligible delivery address accepted at checkout.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated or displayed during checkout before an order is completed.

Any free-shipping promotions are subject to the eligibility conditions displayed with the offer.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided through the shipping confirmation email or the order-status page.

Tracking updates depend on the shipping carrier and may not appear immediately after a shipping label has been created.

Shipping Delays

Although we aim to meet our estimated shipping times, occasional delays may occur because of weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will attempt to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot always be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrectly provided address may apply where disclosed and legally permitted.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains incorrect products, contact us with your order number and relevant details.

We will investigate the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable consumer protection laws.
