Paint by Numbers Canada provides painting kits, customized painting products, and related creative supplies through an online ecommerce storefront.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, dimensions, colours, and other relevant information.

However, colours may appear differently depending on the display settings of your device.

Minor variations in packaging, materials, or product appearance may occur where disclosed or reasonably expected.

These provisions do not limit your rights if a product is materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

3. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability.

We may correct listing errors and contact customers when a product cannot be supplied as ordered.

If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will communicate the available resolution, including a refund where appropriate.

4. Pricing and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, product prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and additional costs are disclosed during checkout.

We accept payment methods made available through our Shopify checkout.

Orders are subject to payment authorization and acceptance.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors in accordance with applicable laws and will contact affected customers regarding available options.

5. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance or product availability.

We may need to verify payment, delivery information, or other order details.

If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, we will notify the customer and arrange an appropriate refund of amounts collected.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Our estimated shipping time is 3–5 business days.

Delivery estimates may vary because of processing requirements, product customization, carrier conditions, and other circumstances.

Any rights or remedies provided under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

We offer a 30-day return window beginning when you receive your order, subject to the eligibility conditions in our Refund and Return Policy.

Certain personalized, opened, or used products may not qualify for change-of-mind returns.

Customers retain applicable statutory rights concerning defective, incorrect, or misrepresented goods.

8. Custom Paint by Numbers Products

Customers ordering personalized products may be required to upload photographs or other images.

By uploading an image, you confirm that:

• You own the image or have permission to use it for the intended purpose.

• The image does not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of another person.

• The image is not submitted for an unlawful purpose.

• You have obtained appropriate permission where images of other people are involved.

You authorize Paint by Numbers Canada and the service providers required for fulfillment to process and reproduce the uploaded image for the limited purpose of preparing, producing, and fulfilling your custom order.

You retain ownership of your original uploaded content.

We do not acquire permission to use identifiable personal photographs in advertising merely because they were submitted for an order.

Custom products may have natural variations resulting from photograph quality, composition, and the process of converting an image into a numbered painting.

Any material error, defect, or failure to meet confirmed specifications will be addressed in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy and applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, graphics, text, designs, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce or commercially exploit our proprietary website content without permission, except as allowed by law.

Customers retain ownership or applicable rights in photographs they lawfully upload.

10. Promotional Offers

Discount codes, promotional campaigns, and special offers may be subject to eligibility conditions, usage limits, and specified dates.

Unless otherwise advertised, promotional discounts may not be combined.

Offers cannot be applied retroactively unless we expressly agree or applicable law requires otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct promotional errors in accordance with applicable laws.
